Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 1 1/2 cups strawberries, thinly sliced
  • Food coloring (optional: red and blue for decorative fruit dyes)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional for topping)

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C)
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, 1/4 cup sugar, and butter until crumbly. Press dough into a 14-inch pizza crust in a parchment-lined baking sheet
  3. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden. Cool completely
  4. Beat cream cheese with 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tsp vanilla extract until smooth
  5. Fold in whipped cream and spread over cooled crust
  6. Arrange blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries in a flag pattern: white (cream cheese topping at center), red (raspberries and strawberries), blue (blueberries). Use food coloring for accents if desired
  7. Chill for 1–2 hours before serving

Notes

KETO OPTION: Replace all-purpose flour with 2 cups almond flour + 1 tsp xanthan gum; use erythritol or monk fruit instead of sugar.
HIGH-PROTEIN BOOST: Blend 4 oz whipped cottage cheese with cream cheese or add 1 scoop unflavored whey protein isolate to the topping.
STORAGE: Keep refrigerated for up to 24 hours. Add fruit toppings just before serving to prevent sogginess.
