Ingredients

  • 12 jumbo shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 1 lb snow crab clusters
  • 2 dozen littleneck clams (scrubbed)
  • 1 lb red potatoes (halved)
  • 2 ears fresh corn (cut from the cob)
  • 1 turkey kielbasa or chicken chorizo (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp Old Bay seasoning (low sodium)
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 lemons (sliced)
  • 4 cups water (or low-sodium broth)
  • 5 tbsp unsalted butter (for serving)

Method

  1. Heat a large pot over medium-high heat; add turkey kielbasa and cook until browned.
  2. Add potatoes, corn, Old Bay seasoning, bay leaves, garlic, and 1/2 the lemon slices. Add water; bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 15 minutes.

Notes

Serve with extra melted butter and lemon wedges for dipping.
For keto version: Replace potatoes with 2 cups cauliflower florets.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 2 days.
Avoid overcooking seafood to prevent rubbery texture.
